ESPERA Program Lead

This role serves as the leader of the ESPERA program. It works closely with the ESPERA partner organizations, the ESPERA staff, and the Mary’s Pence Executive Director.  It manages the planning and implementation of the program and helps set strategy. Experience working with women on economic security and social and emotional wellness is a must. Understanding the context in rural Mexico and Central American countries is also essential.

Volunteer Opportunities

In the Office

  • Join us for one of our quarterly mailing parties to stuff envelopes and get updates on the work.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, internet research, data analysis, proofreading, and donor mailings.

From Anywhere

  • Serve on a committee – Grants, ESPERA, Finance, or Development/Communications.
  • Write an article for our eNewsletter.
  • Translate documents into or from Spanish.
  • Staff an exhibit table with us at conferences around the US.
  • Share art, prayers or poems that you’ve created.
