Ready to Launch equips women from historically marginalized communities with the opportunities and support to learn, grow, and launch careers in government and political spheres. Their fellowship program helps women aspiring to work in fields of public service to find and secure internships. Through these experiences women gain hands-on experience and provide more diverse representation in government – to ensure that government offices and policy makers are prepared to understand and address the needs of all our communities.
